Prefer the Lexus inspite of the potentially higher repair costs. My Lexus's have all gone 300k plus before I gave them to my kids. My last Accord had an uneconomic repair at 165k.

I would say they were all maintained at about the same rate.

For those years of either Honda or Lexus it is simply a matter of which one has been better maintained.

With that many miles, you might consider what repairs will be if there are any issues - Honda will be cheaper to repair.
