I bet most players measure with shoes on and round up to the nearest inch, so it wouldn't surprise me if he was 6'2 without shoes, 6'3.5" with shoes and therefore rounds up to 6'4".

Hall is definitely 6’4”. Stood next to SiL who’s 6’4” & was the same. He’s just built much thicker than we’re used to
