I think the amount of Oxygen in the atmosphere 200 million years ago was much
higher and allowed them to grow super sized. Assuming O2 levels would have lowered over time settling in at current levels regardless of the extinction event, I think most of the larger ones would have died out or adapted over time so that their bodies could be supported. So, I'm sure we would still have a crazy variety of Dinosaur species today but they would likely not be the massive ones we see in the fossil record.
