Your probably $20-30k for a quarter acre lot. Unless you do it yourself
which doesn't sound fun.
EDIT: BTW, total WAG on the cost, but I've heard it's really pricey. My neighbor did the same and wouldn't tell me how much he paid; I'm sure if it was just a few thousand he wouldn't have been reticent to tell me.
