guarantee they mean NO SALE EVER by everyone who has them.
When I was door knocking, if every single door I hit up with that sign pointed to it and said "see the sign? I don't buy from solicitors...ever", I'd learn pretty quick.
Problem is, they buy just as much as everyone else.
