For the record, I think the USU program is in a sell position. I would not want to Head Coach that program right now
They have had a small taste of success recently and so there will actually be expectations. It won't be seen as a rebuild, even though I think that is what it is. Doing "OK" won't be seen as a good thing.
Their program has been gutted and had issues recently. This would be a hard job with non-zero expectations.
