I have a program that creates a PDF file of a report, but it gives it an all caps file extension of .PDF,

Then this same program can't seem to find the file again, because it is looking for .pdf

This is the only computer I can find where this program creates the file extension as all Caps. Is that a windows setting somewhere? I can't seem to find it on Google. I've seen others with the issue, but no way to change the default.
