The boat next to ours was reeling it in when the sea lion decided he wanted it more. I missed the first half of the “attack.” Every day in Alaska you see something amazing. I love that place.

We caught kings, halibut, ling cod (my favorite), all kinds of rock fish and Black Sea bass, random other sharks, skates, flounder and a bunch I’m forgetting.

There were more bald eagles than seagulls. At one point we had 20+ at our dock.

Loads of whales every day.
