I can not wait to see some of the crazy lineups that Young will put out there. He can go with incredibly long, athletic lineups, shooting lineups, and finally a defensive lineup that is solid 1-5. They have so much diversity in experience and skills, that I can’t think of too many BYU teams with so few holes on either side of the ball, and scorers at every level and position.
Kieta will be fine at the 5, as will Fouss, giving up actual height, but both have length still. Along with the length at the forward and guard positions, which should make help defense a really big strength.Even though I do wish that BYU still had a true 7 footer at C, and Atiki or Waterman had stayed for depth, this is a BYU roster that is built for both ends of the court, and to run and shoot teams out of the Marriott Center.
