Still stings a bit and I’m sure I’ll get over it, but man. It was so nice to be
in the Big 12 without Utah. The losses of Texas/OU pales in comparison to the addition of the Utes.
In my perfect world the Pac 12 would’ve stuck together after the LA exodus and survived with SDSU and SMU.
Would’ve been a million times better than having to deal with Utah again.
That being said UofA is my #2 and I’m stoked to have them, but geez. Utah and their arrogance up to this point really puts a damper on what was such a fun conference with respectable fans. Seems the addition of Utah has created a slow spreading poison to the other schools and fans in the league.
Probably would’ve volunteered to stay at 50% revenue for 2 more years to keep them out and wait to pick up better additions from the ACC.
