the moment are started doing weekly meal prep, my wife and I began to release weight, feel better and have more energy.
the nutrient density is much higher due to my recipes and produce and protein choices. Sure I have to spend an afternoon and evening a week in the kitchen, but that gives me time to create 2 different breakfast options with a 3rd as a pantry standard and 3 different "bowls" to choose from for the entire week. Add cut fresh vegetables some homemade mezzes and fresh fruit and you are hitting your nutrition pretty hard. We do supplement with fairlife power core protein shakes which I order in bulk as a standing order from Amazon.

Combine this with daily workouts at the gym or from home and decent sleep and life feels so much better.

This works really well and it gives us the opportunity to go out once in awhile when we feel like splurging the calories.
