...first thought after watching this video is that he got lost on the way back to camp and was attacked by an animal (e.g., bear, mountain lion), but you would then find his fishing pole, maybe some shoes, and you'd find evidence of an attack. — If he got lost and succumbed to the elements, they'd likely have found his body. — If he truly vanished without a trace, kidnapping seems to be the only viable explanation (in my mind). — Sad story...I can't imagine the heartache for the family and others who were on the trip.
