billing statements. I've been trying to reach them for weeks to try to resolve what should be a simple issue but I can never reach a human. Twice I've held for about 70 minutes then been cut off. I've been cut off after 15-60 minutes probably 7-8 times. Is there some secret to resolving what would be a simple matter with a functional organization?
