The Spurs currently have 4 firsts in the 2025 draft. They are ready to compete around Victor starting this year. And Mikal Bridges (extremely similar to Lauri in terms of contract, skill level, etc) just went for 5 firsts. Atlanta is fast approaching a complete tear down. And the Spurs have their first round pick unprotected in 2025, swap in 2026, unprotected in 2027.

As mentioned above, Lauri doesn't fit the Jazz timeline, and his value will never be higher. Whether he lands with the Spurs or not, the Spurs will push the price sky high.
