Having an “official” head coach in waiting is just dumb
I think Scalley is one of the more tolerable Utes there is (that’s a low bar), his mishap with racial language notwithstanding.
But to promise him the throne is just bizarre. Closing the door to all potential future applicants could really come back to haunt them.
No disrespect to Scalley, but I think Utah ends up really regretting this.
