The Commence Date is a defined term in the Admission Agreement. It’s August 2.

The July 1 date is for the SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED GRANT OF RIGHTS AGREEMENT. But it’s July 1, 2025.

Utah also signed JOINDER AGREEMENT TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED GRANT OF RIGHTS AND THE SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED GRANT OF RIGHTS AGREEMENTS, which covers the period from the Commencement Date (August 2, 2024) to the July 1, 2025 date of the new GOR.
