I was at my first employer for about 3 years and I’ve been with my current employer for a little over 20 years, so I’ve been pretty lucky in that regard. I love the company and I’ve had a major role is helping it grow to where it is today. I really can’t imagine myself leaving until I retire, which hopefully will be in the next 5-10 years.
