All-American
AFAIK United is the only domestic with a published program to hold flights - the
‘Connection Saver’ algorithm has saved me a few times.
I’m sure they all do it to an extent, but United is the only public facing policy I’ve seen

I wouldn’t know. If the ops agent tells us we’re holding for passengers, we hold for passengers.
