Really, hate to say it, but as far as long term projection with NIL and the TP, BYU is in a better position to consistently compete as a top BBall program than they are a FBall, especially with the temper of the B12 forge season after season. But also, it's just easier to find and attract 12-13 players that can compete at a similar level to teams like KU and UK than the FBall equation, where with the number of positions, and the injuries, you have to attract 2 and 3 deep depth of 75-85 players that can compete with the Alabama's, Georgia's, and OSU's of the world.
