Two more ties would put the US at 5 pts
Panama would have a maximum of four (assuming they beat Bolivia) and Bolivia would need two wins to get to six points and beat out the United States. I believe the US could still advance with a tie and a loss based on goal differential as well (currently +4 over Panama).
Obviously the best option is win.
