Eugene Edgerson ended Bret Jepsen's career with the cheapest shot I've ever seen. No ref saw it and there wasn't replay back then so there was no foul called.

I actually gained more respect for Lute Olson because he saw it and immediately took Edgerson out of the game and never put him back in.

I just happened to be in Tucson when this game happened so I was watching the Arizona broadcast. I was astounded at the homerism of the broadcast team when they actually seemed to imply that Jepsen had started it with the incidental contact that occurred during the previous rebound opportunity.
