I finally saw it in print. Was that an “ I’ve got to check it out on film” type of thing, but I’m not blaming KS, how about ARod. It brought back a multi generational happening. My dad was a HSCoach and UofA football player saw my son miss a square out that was put up for grabs.He was able get apiece of ball so it wasn’t a pick 6. The new HC got after my son and my dad stands stands up and gets after the coach about no square outs 5-15. My dad was not from my new community and the new coach who was an out state coach with multiple honors came to me later and said you dad was right. I had no idea what passing guide lines were then. I didn’t see UofO or Okla A@M so I don’t have a visual memory to refer to.
