Either one would work, but guests will have issues cleaning up, and might even forget to turn the gas off.
Our HOA in Maui maintains multiple high end grills on the property, which makes life easier for us. I use one frequently when I’m there.
If you stay there a lot and use the grill yourself, great. Otherwise, as a remote owner, you may find it’s a troublesome amenity to keep up.
