KS is responsible for what has happened on both sides of the ball under his preferred hires. Jay Hill came in with a noticeable impact in recruiting but most of those players weren't contributors last year.

If we see the same struggles over the next 2 years without a positive trend, then it's on Jay.

Results are all the matter. Right now, I like Jay's style, drive, and energy. It's bringing in some great future players. We'll see what happens.
