last season after winning their conference auto berths. Lipscomb was second in their ASUN conference of 12 teams. Weber and USU also were tournament teams last season.
So I think that means 7 of the 10 non-conference games will be against teams that were in last season's NCAA tournament. (USD is usually good but didn't make it last season. UVU and Lipscomb were the two others who didn't make it).
So kudoes to the women's vball schedulers for finding the best low majors to schedule in the non-conference. They did that last season too and seem to do a good job scheduling that way for the non-conference.
I would love to see BYU get in the mix more with some top 10 matchups against Texas, Nebraska, Wisconsin, etc., but they still usually do a good job with their non-conference schedules.
