Assuming Beligium beats Ukraine, a ROM/SVK draw leaves each team with 4 pts, and
Slovakia in 3rd place based on goal differential. Not sure this guarantees both teams through, but I haven run all the potential scenarios across all groups and 3rd place finishers.
