Japan, which is where I live, will it work more or less the same as one purchased in the States? I think I read somewhere that you can setup whichever language you want when you buy it, but I think Japan has stricter restrictions on drones than a lot of places, so I'm wondering if I would at least be able to change the settings in other countries as permitted.

I understand probably nobody here has bought one I. japan, so even answers of "I'm pretty sure that would/would not work the same" would be helpful.
