being able to get downhill really helped him out. There were a lot of drives that looked really good. He had that nice TD 23 yard TD pass to Roberts on 4th down vs OU. And there was some suspect play calling that killed a lot of drives. Not to mention the terrible field at home and bad weather in both games. Yeah, we got swept by the Oklahoma schools, but he was just a few plays away from sweeping them. OSU had a bunch of big time 3rd down conversions during the 4th and any one of them not landing likely ends the game. And Rex getting stripped to end the game was rough. I think Retzlaff did enough to win both games, we were just up against two amazing offenses.
