Personally I like it. Rate us low, rate the players low, and when we exceed
expectations, more athletes will take us seriously.
If they start projecting lottery picks and finishing top 3 in the conference and players fall just after lottery pick and we finish 4th, it looks like we underachieved. I prefer low expectations and then exceed them significantly; that shows the value add of the coaches, university, and program.
