Swim trials had a double swim off
Two guys had an exact tie in the 50m free semifinals (21.89) so they had a swim off for a spot in the finals.
They somehow tied again in the swim off (21.79), so had to have a second one. Winner won with a 21.81 to a 21.99 that time.
Never heard of it happening twice.
