Whatever compensation is normal and competitive for the job offer you accept. It's not what you're worth that determines
pay, it is the normal and competitive compensation for the role in which you are working.

If someone thinks he/she is underemployed, they should seek a higher level work role.

Employers seek individuals to fill roles with the necessary capability, education, training, and experience to be effective in the role.

But it is the work role that determines comp, not the individual's credentials.
