Victims? No. Utah fans have already won the first few arguments here. The anti-Utah crowd is trying to deflect
and pretend they (a few fans on twitter) don't like Utah now because of the arrogance of a few fans.
The quiet part, almost all Big 12 fans and certainly the ADs, Coaches, Big 12 admin all enjoy having Utah part of the conference.
No sophisticated CFB fan or expert is remotely surprised Utah is favored among the top 2-3 programs. Utah is the most likely hands down, to being the season in the vaunted top 10.
Whether deserved or not, it elevates the entire conference.
In a world where P2 dominates and competitiveness is existentially important for the Big 12 and ACC, passing on Utah was never a consideration.

Only a few ppl on that train. Almost all BYU guys. But those other schools were more ambivalent with the P10
