Seems like LeBron and Kobe expose the flaw in the NBA's current structure from a
fan's standpoint.
Players worth so much money to a big market franchise at the end of their careers can command way more influence (and cap space) than their on-court performance can possibly justify.
And players like that just turn the head coaching position into a carousel ride.
