It probably has a timing chain, but confirm that is the case. At 150,000 miles
it's half way through it's best service life. Make sure the water pump is solid. At 150,000, the suspension is likely getting worn. If it has any issues (makes any noise going over bumps, excessive body roll on corners, etc) you could talk the price down.

If you want it to continue to drive like new, the suspension will likely need replacement- control arms, shocks, struts. . . pretty much everything, in the next year or two. You can always take that opportunity to lift it more if it needs it.
