Bottom line - defensive intensity leads to transition offense. Depending on Lineups, I would potentially move LeBron to a 3 and sub Taytum for Leonard who can guard the 4. LeBron and Holliday defending the backcourt would potentially be really disruptive for the other team.

That is how USA cruises in these, it's when the other team cannot get comfortable in their sets. Intl. teams rely so much on ball movement, when they get going it gets frustrating, so giving LeBron and Holliday the task to get after it up top would be an emphasis for me.
