Saying you can’t own a wolf is very different than saying you can’t own one without a license.
You need a license for pretty much everything today! And you sort of make it sound as if owners of hybrids regularly get killed by their pets. I’d bet that is a really rare occurrence. But, I’m not defending wolf-dogs and wolves as pets. And, I suspect a lot of owners of wolf-dogs are like a lot of owners of pit bulls—irresponsible.
