I get the offside rule in soccer but come on
Way too many goals disallowed the past couple of days where the player’s shoulder or some other body part was slightly ahead of the defender. I get the letter of the law but it’s kind of ridiculous when there is no practical advantage

All sports have rules like that. Touchdowns get called back because a player wasn't set "long enough" or they had two
