College coaching is a fraternity that is more exclusive than inclusive. Coaches like Evans have proven themselves to be very good coaches. I don't get the "they've never coached that level (college) before" as being valid because if you are getting athletes recruited by NCAA programs, you are developing athletes to the appropriate level, and even surpassing it.
