"I remember going to U of U football games in the 90s. Like the article says, a Native American came riding out onto the field on a painted horse and threw a spear into a bail of hay before exiting. It was so majestic and beautiful. I realize the problems with appropriation and I totally support a change to the hawk but at the same time I'm so glad I was able to see that in person. I'll never forget."
