Excellent pickup for BYU. I've seen him play this past season. My son played for Eastern Arizona the season before and since there were several returning players this past season that my son had played with the season before and were good friends with (including Anton Bonks who had a BYU offer at the time) and since Eastern Arizona was playing Snow this past season, we went down to watch the game vs Snow. I was very impressed with Max Triplett against Eastern Arizona and he absolutely owned Anton Bonke in that game. Max dominated the game and showed some nice skills and abilities and I thought that he would be a nice pickup for BYU if they were to take a look at him. Great evaluation by this staff picking up Max, he is a great player.
