When filming the chest burster scene the cast had no idea it was going to be so bloody. So a lot of the shock in the scene is genuine. Scary and shocking. Childhood TNT is still frightened when he thinks about it.

And John Carpenter's The Thing which came out in 1982. That was also a scary movie for TNT. Many many nightmares.
