The package was voided for various reasons (large due to process conflicts of interests etc) and this
approval redoes the process of 2018 correctly to award the pay package. Without this, Must doesn't get paid unless he wins the appeal or waits for it and then redoes a pay package that would need approval again. So if it failed he, would have had to do something else.

He was not. That is why they had to vote on his compensation. I thought everyone knew they had to have a vote on it.
