Answered my own question with 247 class calculator- #8 with Demin, #3 with both
That's incredible. To approximate the rough value of Demin I subbed in Tre Johnson, the #6 rated recruit in the class, who seems to be about on the same level as Demin. I then also added Catchings, and the class rating jumped just above Rutgers #3 ranked class.
