OSU attempted 47 passes and only ran 41 times. "Talent disparity" just seems to be default for too many CBers. If it's nothing more than talent disparity, then what's the logic behind this:
BYU > Texas Tech > Kansas > Iowa State > Oklahoma State > Oklahoma > Texas

The coaching was horrible in the OSU game. The coaches went into halftime far too complacent, made no adjustments, and made fools of themselves the second half. Furthermore, Funk couldn't coach himself out of a paper bag.
