the economy of the Club. I don’t get CC points for almost anything else I buy in Cougardom. Away tix, Annual Legacy Trips, Bowl Game tix, etc. are just things you can buy and enjoy like concessions and swag, but they don’t accrue to your Club status.

I’ve been in businesses that make these big bets and I know what it’s like to have to make them work. I guarantee that’s what happened here. They are pulling out all the stops to break even. They made a huge bet on this and no doubt made a big financial commitment, plus it looks like they overburdened their business model with a bunch of free tickets for “celebrities,” who aren’t going to want to talk to you as much as you think they will, so now they have to sweeten it by offering those who buy this overpriced cruise CC priority points.

This hurts every CC member who doesn’t go on the cruise.

Priority points should be reserved for the things most of us do that clearly help grow the program (ex: CC dues and ticket purchases).
