WNBA advanced stats have CC as 7th best guard in league (under efficency stat)
Efficiency = ((Points + Rebounds + Assists + Steals + Blocks) - ((Field Goals Att. - Field Goals Made) + (Free Throws Att. - Free Throws Made) + Turnovers)).
That's the only advanced stat that the WNBA website has. Its hard to find other advanced stats, because not enough interest in the league.
So on a 12 team roster with a strong forward-guard distinction, would probably bring 4 or 5 guards.
So she definitely would be on the outside looking in, but Griner and Taurasi also got in even though they are not currently top 12 players in the WNBA. Griner and Taurasi got in as loyalty picks, not on current top performance.

She's 13th in scoring, 4th assists, 17th in steals, 18th in blocks. Seems closer to top 12 than not remotely close to me

If she didn't show up for tryouts, then she shouldn't be on the team. I'm ok w/ a rookie having to tryout.
