Is there anyplace with significance to your dating/engagement?
For example, we often go to Brick Oven when visiting in Provo since that was a place we went on dates to a lot when we were at BYU.
Fancy is one option, but memorable or symbolic is also an option.

For as mediocre as Brick Oven food is, the nostalgia is great. Had lunch there last Saturday and loved it.
