It's nice to have a bunch of high end talent for depth, but you have to hope guys that don't end up getting starter level minutes are mature enough to be patient and continue working on their development and not act entitled or feel like they're being unfairly shunned when they don't get the minutes they want and expect.

Having a roster loaded with alpha level players doesn't often workout well. Look at the Lakers over the years or UK and Duke in recent years. Such talent can get you into the playoffs or into the big dance, but it's tougher to get much farther than that without guys fully bought into a system with guys willing to take on role player roles and being glue guys.
