The LockedOn Denver boys have the same view, say he's very talented with clearly
the best arm. At the same time, while they don't exactly view it this way, they paint an unflattering picture of Zach.

They praise Nix and claim he does appear to be catching onto the offense very quickly. He's making good decisions and good throws. Stidham is steady, and while they try to be flattering about him, they don't view him as long term in Denver. Just doesn't have enough to offer. And then Zach. They say he's dropped some absolute dimes out there, but that it's obvious he's having to come in and learn a new offense. But the talent is obvious and they are hoping Payton can mold him into a good QB. They are hoping Zach works his way to QB2 and is there long term in Denver.

I don't know. I don't find it very flattering that a 3-year veteran is being bested by a rookie when it comes to picking up an NFL offense. I'm also not sure what they see as Zach's future if they think they've got their QB1 in Nix. So Payton molds him into a good QB but nobody ever knows it? What's the point of that?
