He has gotten some credit for building an offense that allowed us to punch well above our talent level last year, but I haven't heard much credit given for pulling in the talent BYU was able to pull in. Recruits routinely mentioned being impressed by the way this staff used analytics to present them with a detailed development path to becoming a more marketable professional player. We upgraded our talent, and then outperformed it, because this staff knew how to use analytics as good or better than any staff in the country.
